What is it?
The AWARE Coral Reef Conservation Specialty course is designed to inform you about the world’s coral reefs. As a scuba diver, the health of aquatic ecosystems is often what makes a good dive. Become aware of the fragileness of coral reefs and how you can help preserve them. This is a great course for anyone who is planning to go diving or snorkeling on a Coral Reef.

Who can take part?
The course can be completed by anyone who has an interest and wants to learn more about Coral Reefs. There is no prerequisite dive qualification required and it is just as relevant to snorkelers who wish to learn more about Coral Reefs.
What does the course involve?
The course is classroom based and can be completed in a single half day / evening session. This is a full PADI Specialty and for divers counts towards your Master Scuba Diver qualification.
How long will it take?
The course takes approximately 3 hours to complete.
